You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
You raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery
You provide unboxing photos/videos as proof
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or late delivery due to courier delays.
Returns are accepted only in case of damage or quality issues reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting images/videos and invoice reference are mandatory.
No returns accepted for excess inventory or non-moving stock.
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened or partially consumed food products
Items returned without original packaging
Products purchased under promotional discounts or bulk deals unless damaged
To request a return, please:
Email us at info@grainaura.com within the return window (24 hrs for B2C, 48 hrs for B2B)
Attach clear photos/videos of the issue
Mention your order ID and delivery date
Once verified, our team will guide you through pickup or replacement (if applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details will be requested).
In case of replacements, no refund is issued unless the replacement is also unavailable.
Retail (B2C) orders can be canceled within 2 hours if they haven’t been shipped.
B2B orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless agreed in writing.
